FCC Licensing of RF Extreme Products
To assist RF Central customers with applications necessary to license with the FCC for wireless telecommunication products there are links below to FCC Licensing information for many
of RF Central's products.
There are two ways to apply for licensing: you can easily download common forms below and mail them to the FCC, or you may choose to use the FCC's on-line tool.
FCC Website: Online Applications
Prior to performing the online application process the applicant must access the FCC's website; www.fcc.gov.
Step 1 is to click on "Commission Registration System (CORES)" and complete the registration process. This part is mandatory if you want to use the online option. At the end of the process you will be assigned a FCC Registration
Number (FRN) and a password. Step 2 is to click on Forms and scroll down through the list. Select Form 601, Application for Wireless Telecommunication Bureau - Radio Service Authorization - Electronic filing. Complete the forms
online and submit the required application fees. It may be necessary to complete a FCC 601 - Schedule 1 form. This form can be downloaded from the form list and either be mailed or faxed. Instructions for both forms are located on
on the same page as the forms.

The hardcopy of the FCC forms mentioned above are available below in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The applicant should verify that the forms are the most recent. Each of
the forms below has instructions on how to answer each question. All forms should be downloaded, filled out, and mailed to the FCC.
